Stephen J. Lehrman is the senior attorney in Lehrman, Lehrman & Guterman. He has been practicing law since 1970 and has lectured and published articles on condo/co-op, landlord/tenant and real estate law. He also has extensive experience in commercial law and litigation.

Mark Alan Guterman, was admitted to practice in the Second Department in 1988. A graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Mr. Guterman was chosen to participate in the Third-Year Moot Court Program. Mr. Guterman is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has lectured extensively in continuing legal education, including Advanced Landlord and Tenant Law in New York (2005), Evictions: Residential and Commercial in New York, (2005), Evictions and Landlord/Tenant Law in New York (2004), Evictions in New York: Residential and Commercial (2006); Evictions in New York: Residential and Commercial (2008), Landlord Tenant Law, (2010) and Landlord Tenant Law (2012). Mr. Guterman earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1987, with honors in History.

Fredric Lehrman graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and then New York Law School. Fred has been with the firm since 1984.
