Stephen J. Lehrman

Mr. Lehrman is the senior attorney in Lehrman & Guterman, LLP. He has been practicing law since 1970 and has lectured and published articles on condo/co-op, landlord/tenant and real estate law. He has extensive experience in commercial law and litigation. He has also been directly involved with various real estate ventures since 1980. Mr. Lehrman has owned and continues to own and operate various residential and commercial properties in the metropolitan area and thus has a good working knowledge of the industry from both the perspective of a lawyer and an owner/operator. This knowledge enables him to see the picture from both sides and to fashion the most cost-effective solution. Mr. Lehrman received his B.A. from Boston University with majors in Economics and History and graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1969.
Mark Alan Guterman

Mark Alan Guterman was admitted to practice in the Second Department in 1988. A graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Mr. Guterman was chosen to participate in the Third-Year Moot Court Program. Mr. Guterman is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has lectured extensively in continuing legal education, including Advanced Landlord and Tenant Law in New York (2005), Evictions: Residential and Commercial in New York (2005), Evictions and Landlord/Tenant Law in New York (2004), Evictions in New York: Residential and Commercial (2006), Evictions in New York: Residential and Commercial (2008), Landlord Tenant Law (2010), and Landlord Tenant Law (2012). Mr. Guterman earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1987, with honors in history. He has extensive litigation experience in both local and Supreme courts.

Eliana Weissman is a dedicated and experienced lawyer specializing in landlord-tenant law and general litigation. Ms. Weissman ensures favorable outcomes for her clients through advice and counsel on various matters including FHA, ADA, and DHCR. She is adept at handling cases in court and is known as a skilled negotiator when settling a case. She has a robust general law practice tackling issues ranging from breach of contract to negligence and has extensive experience in appearing in courts throughout Westchester County. Ms. Weissman earned her B.A. from Northeastern University and her J.D. from Roger Williams University. She is admitted to practice in New York, California and District of Columbia.
